They will gladly charge you and file a lien against your property to cover themselves, but when you need to have that lien released they DO NOT do their part. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
My opinion of them may change, but we were told that they would have someone to meet us at 7am to discuss an issue with a roof they installed. It is now 8:13 and I had to call the company to see where they are. Was told they were "running late" and was given no ETA.
This company did a structural repair on my home, I then put the property up for sale. When they were contacted by the title company regarding the lien that showed up on my property they would not even help us close out the lien that THEY had filed for the work done. BE CAREFUL !!!!
